The Second Coming of Christ, The Irony, & The Transformation

Remember 2,000 years ago when the Jews charged Jesus with blasphemy for claiming he was the Messiah and then the Roman Empire murdered him and then worshiped him and indoctrinated Jesus’s teachings as their own and created the Roman Catholic religion? I’m not a scholar, nor a historian, so maybe my story is a little off, but that doesn’t matter. It’s not like everyone is going to agree to one story about Jesus or anything else for that matter. This is my personal story that I wish to share with you all…

Perhaps what we are seeing today is, in actuality, the second coming of Christ. Isn't this partially why the Christian zionists are supporting Israel? According to the Christian Zionists, the second coming of Christ will only happen when the Jews live in the Holy Land. It is multi-faceted but if you didn’t know, Biden is a zionist and is in full support of Israel's existence, even at the expense of murdering the messiah. How the fuck are they supposed to know if they killed the Messiah or not? They killed Jesus without knowing.

Here is an excerpt from Wikipedia about Zionism:

Examples of Protestant leaders who combined political conservatism with Christian Zionism are Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson, leading figures on the Christian Right in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1981, Falwell said: "To stand against Israel is to stand against God. We believe that history and scripture prove that God deals with nations in relation to how they deal with Israel."[79] They cite part of the blessing of Isaac at Genesis 27:29, "Those who curse you will be cursed, and those who bless you will be blessed." Martin Luther King Jr. has also been cited as a Christian supporter of Israel and Zionism.[66]

Either people can’t read, or have comprehension problems. Maybe the people that are looking forward to Jesus are the ones that need it. They are killing people in the name of Christ and waiting for a savior. You are a murderer but I guess that’s what murderers do. They kill people and pray for forgiveness.

If one is waiting for the second coming, is one looking for certain clues or connections as Jesus’ first coming? Or, perhaps, these people are waiting for others to notice it because they lack the awareness to notice it? I don’t know because I have never given this any thought. In what form is the messiah coming? Is it a singular man like Jesus was or maybe it is a group of people? Maybe it is an experience that transforms the world. For a man to decide what the messiah is and isn’t would be rather vain no? If Jesus was walking through present-day NYC do you think you would notice him? Do you think he is going to look the same as how the Romans depicted him?

Do you think your senses or intuition would be able to detect divinity in the flesh? What do you know about divinity? Do you think this man would personally bless you? There are 8 billion people in the world. Your chances of hitting the lotto are better. Perhaps, Joe Biden will get a personal blessing for being such a good accomplice in the killing of thousands of innocent people. I bet the first people Jesus is going to bless are the colonialist settlers who have broken all of his teachings. It seems like these people know nothing about Jesus yet are full of blind faith. These people are committing genocide in the name of Jesus. The level of dysfunction here is outstanding. Let’s not forget, these are our “leaders.”

I’m exploring here.

Let us look at the similarities.

Has Israel established itself? The Jews are back in the holy land. Check.

Jesus was born in the same land where the crisis is taking place. Check.

Many religious people believe the second coming of Christ would happen 2,000 years later. Check.

The Jews are engaging in social turmoil. Check.

The United States of America, the biggest Empire (Roman) of our time, is assisting the Jews. Check.

The crisis is attracting massive amounts of attention worldwide. Check.

People from all around the world support Gaza, while a small minority support Israel (disbelievers). Check

Once again, I am playing here. I like to explore and here's me hypothesizing.

Is it possible for someone to be affected by something if they lack awareness?

Whether Jesus was real or not, let us use him as an example. Some witnesses saw something in him, while others did not.

Why/how did Jesus’s life transform some lives but not all?

Why do some people think Hitler was good while others thought/think Hitler was bad?

We see good in different people and we see evil in different people. Not all of us will agree on what is good or evil, right or wrong.

Let's look at the qualities of Jesus—unconditional compassion, love, forgiveness, faith, joy, selfless surrender, and transformation.

Jesus, amongst all things, had the power to transform people.

It takes a lot for something to transform me. I am stubborn. I doubt everything. I’m a truth seeker. I have made up beliefs about who I am, and what life is and I have been dead wrong about every belief my mind has ever had. Life is transient. It is impermanent, yet we hold onto beliefs as if they are eternal.

Gaza has transformed me. The people of Gaza are angels to me. They are angels for others too. For me, I see this crisis as the second coming of Christ. I wouldn't label it as that per se because I am not concerned with the second coming of Christ. It was never something I was looking forward to, so I’m not going to deem it as such.

Yes, this story is different from that of Christ, but who is to say that our expectations are and should happen?

Maybe people expect a single man, with long blond hair and blue eyes who hovers across the sea and has superpowers.

For me, I don’t expect anything. All I know is that my awareness allows me to see the qualities of Jesus, in the people of Gaza. They possess unconditional compassion, love, courage, forgiveness, faith, joy, and selfless surrender and have transformed me. I am fundamentally different because of them.

When Netanyahu began bombing Gaza after October 7th, I was boiling with rage. Israel portrayed itself to the world as the victim all the while being a ruthless oppressor towards the Palestinians for the past 75 years. This pathetic deceitful propaganda ploy triggered me because I had been one person to myself, yet portrayed a different version of myself to the world. This is the mask and the mask, or the veil is vanishing thanks to social media.

The innocent people of Gaza have lost their homes, lost their loved ones, are malnourished and the list goes on and on. They are living through hell and the only reason you know it is because it’s a war zone. The buildings are demolished, and people are dying everywhere but when you see a man holding their dead goddaughter who is still smiling you’d never know. These people are the most courageous, compassionate, faith-bound people I’ve ever seen. If these people are happy why am I getting beat down? Well, it’s because I’m reactive, I know that. The Palestinians taught me, that no matter what the circumstance is, never lose your calm, because that is all that you have.

I’m not here to tell you how to view people. That's not my job and it’s not your job to tell me I'm delusional and that they are murderers and terrorists. If a group of people displaced and murdered my friends and family most of us would retaliate. Remeber the Inglorious bastards movie? They are Hamas. There’s no difference.

Because of these people, I have found compassion for Netanyahu and Israel. Not only have I found compassion for Israel, I have seen myself in them. We share the same ignorance and trauma. We are all humans here after all no? Observing these people helped transform my hatred into compassion. If they could be joyous happy and free in the situation they are in, then why the fuck am I suffering over it?

I couldn't care less what you may or may not think about them because all that matters to me is that they have opened up my eyes. They haven't just opened up my eyes to compassion, they have opened my eyes to faith, courage, joy, and love. Like I said before, it’s not just me, these people are transforming the world.

If they haven't touched your heart maybe you’re not looking. Maybe you don’t know heart when you see it. Maybe your mind is too caught up in the Western narrative or maybe you're not watching the same IG videos I am.

If Jesus blatantly appeared today, how much could the world possibly transform compared to now?

Everyone waits for the messiah and when the “messiah” finally appears, we murder him, with out knowing he was the messiah, except for a few, and then we realize what we have done.

Only you, the individual can know for yourself.

The entire world is waking up right now. Jesus transformed the world for thousands of years. Can this crisis change the world? Does it have the power to do so? Only time will tell, but I know, I have been transformed.

This is the brilliance of mankind. May we continue dreading the path of stupidity and evil.

Imagine Netanyahu ended the war, offering himself as a sacrifice to humanity by exchanging himself with 100 Israeli hostages. Carrying a wooden cross, like Jesus, he walks from Tel Aviv to Gaza while Israelis throw tomatoes at him. Surprisingly, upon arriving in Gaza, Palestinians offer him tea and kindness. Grateful for their forgiveness, a lingering need for redemption drives him to nail himself to a cross higher than Gaza’s walls, visible from the river to the sea. The Israelis lay down their “Isrealiness”, transform back into being their essential grass roots Jewish selves and embrace the Palestinians.

While this scenario may sound like a South Park episode and seems unlikely, nothing is impossible. The world would yearn for such a courageous act.

In my eyes, Bibi could become a savior by this unprecedented gesture. Imagining it as a trend, #dothebibi or #dothejesus, with people posting pictures of themselves engaging in symbolic self-crucifixion, might cause profound change. This is not a call for committing suicide, but a symbolic sacrifice for a collective awakening. The idea may seem unconventional, but it is not a crazy notion; after all, Jesus, with 2.5 billion followers, showed that it works!

I like my imaginary Bibi, and I hope he does it for his own sake. Self-sacrifice, stemming from the heart, shows unconditional love. If it deviates from that, then it’s suicide, a very different thing. In the meantime, I will pray for Bibi and if I recall, for Biden as well.
